Collegium rates HC judges on verdicts

The additional judges whose names have been recommended in a resolution dated April 17 are justices Vikas Bahl, Vikas Suri, Sandeep Moudgil, Vinod Sharma Bhardwaj, Pankaj Jain and Jasjit Singh Bedi.
