Nagaland, Meghalaya CMs sworn in

For Nagaland, there was the added significance of getting its first-ever woman minister in Salhoutuonuo Krusem (56), who along with US-educated lawyer and social entrepreneur Hekani Jakhalu broke the glass ceiling on March 2 by becoming the first pair of women MLAs in 60 years of statehood. Both are from Rio's NDPP.
